Whitespace Opening London: September 7th 2010
Lauren Lysaght and Locust Jones are first up at the Whitespace artist’s space in Union St London. Lysaght and Jones are high achievers in the arts, both winning competitions internationally and both with work in public collections.

artist's space in Union St London. Lysaght and Jones are high
achievers in the arts, both winning competitions internationally
and both with work in public collections. There is also no holding
back when it comes to taking a poke at the establishment. Jones
with his epic, expressive scrawled drawings looking at everything
that is wrong in the world and Lysaght with her beautifully crafted
objects that comment on how society still conditions women, and
delivers a prophetic warning on the outcome.
