John Pusateri wins paint and printmaking award

Congratulations to John Pusateri winner of the 2018 New Zealand Painting and Printmaking Award with the triptych lithograph Búho y Calavera. This nationally significant award was established, and is hosted, by the Waikato Society of Arts. With the win, Pusateri receives $20,000, one of the largest art cash prizes in the country. The winning triptych is a painting on three individual panels - with the theme of life and death, extinction or survival.
